LIFE'S A BEACH!

Hi lovely Bloggers - thank you for popping by!
This week at Less Is More, it's Challenge #233 and the theme is
"Life's A Beach!"

The Memory Box stencil is "Texture Wave", coloured with distress inks.
I Die-cut a Nestabilities circle  and frame on the top card layer and  placed the beach scene behind.
The top layer was popped up with 3-d pads.
I made a little beach umbrella, (it looks more like a mushroom, but never mind)!! I coloured it with DI and popped it under the circle with Pinflair glue.
Sentiment from the SU Happy Day stamp set (now retired).

I would also like to link up to Thats Crafty - "Stencils and Masks"

Have a happy day - HUGS,

Hi Sylvia.....just popping in to respond to the comment that you left me...thank you for that. I agree with you about 'Verity' in Ilfracombe...we saw her in September 2013...my son got married at Tunnels Beaches. She is a bit macabre for my liking...would have been better without the open cut away bits .....my opinion only of course! but hubby and I both commented when we stood looking at 'MamandYou' that we preferred it to 'Verity'. I guess the artist has done his job, if we are still thinking about it...regardless of whether people like it or not! Have good weekend.xx
